White Day 2023

White Day 2023 is here! So let's get a guide ready for it!

I'll try to have my formulas guide ready to go soon, but for now you can refer to this one so you can predict where you'll land during the event!

Note: since everyone has a different financial situation, I only calculate for Free to play (F2P) players. If you want to buy DP to spend on AP and battles, have at it!

First off, here are the details from the event page!

But what's all that mean?

There will be 2 pages of story and battles to go through where you will collect the bounded books as the event item.

Turn them in at certain amounts for rewards, like cards, devil tree items and more!

If you're lucky enough to get one of the 3 featured UR cards, or SR of Lucifer and/or Luke, they act as cheat cards and will grant you a small boost in books as a battle reward!

To obtain the cheat cards, you'll need to use Demon Vouchers, or Demon Points (DP) to draw cards from the current Nightmare: Beware the Bees!

On the second page of the event, there will be a locked route! That means you'll gain keys as another temporary reward on certain musical notes (battles) and will need certain amounts to unlock the next story piece.

The locked route will contain one version of the ending, and the normal route will contain a different version of the ending! Try to unlock both and see which you like the best!

Note: leftover keys will be transmuted into Grimm when the event ends! Also, your cheat cards lose their power and become regular cards, so when it's added to Lonely Devil later on, you'll obtain the normal amount of books as rewards for battles.

Awesome, now how do I predict what rewards I can earn?

You're going to have to do a little math, since your AP level might be different than mine, but I've made some easy to follow formulas to plug in your numbers and get the results!

First

Calculate the number of battles. If you look here

You can see how many stars are on each page.

You can then add them together for a total number of battles available!

39 + 39 = 78

Now add 5 more because if you click here and watch an ad:

You can have 5 more battles!

78 + 5 = 83

There are 83 total battles you can do every day during this event. Now, let's see how many books we get as a reward for a battle.

I have the UR Barbatos and SR Luke Cheat cards from the nightmare, so I get 43 extra books per battle.

if we subtract that, we should get a base number.

163 - 43 = 120

Next

Now let's find the total amount of books we can earn in a day:

83 × 120 = 9,960

That means everyday of the event we can earn 9,960 books if we use all the battles and get the additional 5 from ad watching.

I know it seems like a lot, but when you think about the fact that page 1 needs a total of: 100,00.

Next

There are 11 days in the event so let's calculate our total earnings.

11 × 9,960 = 109,560

If we hit every battle available, plus the 5, every single day of the event we will land around the 109,569 area depending on if you don't have any cheat cards.

That means you should clear the first page and a few rewards from page 2.

Remember, cheat cards will boost your amount by how many you have (if you have 1 SR Lucifer, you won't make as much as someone who has all 3 UR and both SR cards). So if you have multiple cheat cards, you need to adjust for them in your formulas!

Extra!

If you have a smaller amount of AP, you'll want to make sure you obtain the free Ap you get everyday!

There's 210 free Ap up for grabs.

We'll first start in the To Do section everyday after 11 am.

If you complete the three challenges in the Daily section, you'll get 30 Ap (10 Ap, 3 times)

You can get 60 from the fridge mission!

Then you can claim up to 50 from friends!

As you battle you can get surprised by the characters and get gifts if your interactions are good (tapping and rubbing their heads, shoulders or chest, or you can give them gifts that sparkle!)

You can get 20 Ap (10, two times) if you get it in Surprise Guest!

And last but not least, when you run out of AP, 2 things will happen.

The first time you run out everyday will result in a flash sale.

You can buy this deal for 200 Ap for 10Dp (it's double what you'd get for spending the same Dp without the pop-up)

And you can watch videos for 10 Ap per ad. There are 5 a day, just like extra battles, for a total of 50.

That completes the 210 guaranteed free Ap everyday. You can also get Ap when your player level goes up

Or from your milestones

But those are so varied I don't count on them.

This is all I can do to help, don't freak out if you don't get the rewards you want, as it'll eventually be added to Lonely Devil which you can find in the second page of the home screen, swipe over to find it!

I can't give an accurate timeframe as to when it will be added, but trust that it will come eventually and that for DP or Lonely Devil Tickets, you can replay the event and gather more books for more rewards in a 4 day revival!

Boost!

During the event, there's gonna be a limited time where you can gain double the books! So if the base is 120, that would mean 240 per battle.

If you have chest cards, then only the og amount of books will be doubled, so my 43 won't become 86, but my 120 base rewards will double to 240, so in theory I should be making about 283 per battle, if I don't get Diavolo and Mammon to come home.
