So you want some help with how to navigate the very first event thats happening in Obey Me Nightbringer?

Alright! I'll go over it so that no matter if you're new or not, you can follow along!

First things first, if you want to look at the in game guide, you can click here

The basic run down is that we'll be playing Ruri Tunes as we normally do in the main story. But instead of continuing the main story, it'll be a new story that's around for a short time. Think of it like a "what if" scenario, OM events can take place in dreams and more, so none have any bearing on the cannon, and are just for fun!

In addition to regular rewards (Grimm and devil tree items), we will get a seedling reward. They will be counted and once so many are collected will unlock even more rewards!

Back in the Original Obey Me (OOM), we used to collect 120 of the event specific item. In this case, it would be the seedling. With Nightbringer being slightly different, it could be very well be altered from what we know.

The rewards usually ranged from Devil Tree level up items, Event Themed cards, to things like Ap, Demon Points, Devil Vouchers, and Lonely Devil Tickets.

The cards will come in pieces, and once you collect enough, you csn combine them in yourcontacts.

However, don't get yourself all worked up about clearing the reward pages:

IT"S IMPOSSIBLE

I mean that literally.

Back in OOM, there were 5 reward pages, with the best card's last pieces being the last reward on page 3. Meaning to get the Ur card, you'd need to clear up to page 3 to collect it.

The event wont last long enough for you to clear all 5 pages.

There arent enough battled available each day for that to be possible.

There is hope however, as back in OOM, there was a function called Lonely Devil, and it worked as a replay of past events. For 4 days at the expense of 10 DP or a LD ticket, you could unlock and replay an old event.

As of right now, it's not available, but it also wasn't for the first events in the OGs run either. Events were added 6 months after they dropped for the first time once it became available, it's still updating in fact!

Ok, that's cool and all, but how can I make the most of my time?

By being smart with your resources. If you're a free to play (f2p) player like myself, you gotta know how to use your time efficiently.

Everyday when we log in, we get rewards, some of which are AP! Collect as much ap as you can before you go to do your battles of theday.

How can I get Ap?

Everyday, you have the opportunity to get 140 ap easily!

Twice a day, you can do the fridge mission and get 30 Ap (60 if you're VIP)

Then you can collect 30 from your Daily To Do List!

And of course, you can collect/send AP to friends in Decomm!

60 + 50 + 30 = 140

Events run like Hard Mode, meaning that they'll take 8ap for every attempt!

Also, you can only do a music note 3× before you have to use D-Energy or DP to refill your battles. So having a lot of AP to gather as many seedlings as you can is a must!

There will be 2 pages of battles and story!

However, I don't see a OOM regular --keys!

Keys were used in thr OG Obey Me to unlock the more romantic route of an event story! You'd need 5, 10, 15 or 20 keys to unlock the next story mission, but only music notes on the locked route would givekeys!

So your ability to gather keys was very limited!

How ever, since they arent mentioned, I wouldn't count on them being used this time. But try to remember them just in case for next time!

Also: when keys are available, any remaining keys are transformed into grimm! (Or at least, that was how it was done before).

What about cheat cards?

Yes, you read that right, cheat cards!

Cheat cards grant extra event items when you get them from the Nightmare event that comes just before the event starts!

Each card will grant extra seedlings, so try to aim to collect them all!

Since it's technically a new game, we won't be sure until tomorrow when the event opens, just how many seedlings we will get per battle.

How can I predict where I'll land during the event?

I actually made a guide complete with formulas! It's based off the OG event model, but should still hold true:

As long as you input the correct numbers, you'll be able to predict where you'll land on the reward ladders!

If anything major has changed, I'll make a new guide for Nightbringer!

Be sure to hit like, leave me a comment and let me know what you think! Also, any guide requests you have!
